(08:01) WATSONVILLE – Watsonville officials have approved a new housing project. The 24-unit condominium development will be located on a nearly 2 acre parcel on Freedom Boulevard. This week, the city council voted 6-1 in support of the project. The condominium’s developers have been advised to address several potential issues, including fencing and parking, before moving forward with the project. (S.G.)
