(09:35) A missing teenager from Oakland may be in the Santa Cruz/Monterey bay area. 16 year-old Elsa Rudolph-Swanson was coerced to skip town on Sunday, with 15 year-old Ash White, of Castro Valley. Rudolph-Swanson may be going by the name Jamie. A picture of Rudolph-Swanson can be found on Alena Rudolph’s Facebook page. Anyone with any information on her whereabouts is encouraged to contact authorities.
