(19:45) FORT ORD NATIONAL MONUMENT – Although dog owners have been banned from walking their dogs off-leash at Fort Ord National Monument in the past, an emergency interim law allows dogs to be off-leash on some trails and roads there. Dogs will be allowed to be leash-free on Badger Hills Trailhead, Creekside Terrace Trailhead, and Lightfighter off Skyline Road.
