(09:00) Momterey – A Naturalization ceremony will be held for the first time in Monterey today. The event will take place at Cal State University Monterey Bay. More than 100 Immigrants are expected to graduate this morning and become U.S. Citizens. Graduates were required to study the U.S. history, geography, and complete an interview and questions. Congressman Jimmy Panetta will deliver the keynote speech at the ceremony.
