(11:44) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The teenager arrested in connection with the death of Madyson Middleton has been identified and formally charged. At a press conference Wednesday morning, Santa Cruz County District Attorney Jeff Rosell listed the charges against 15-year-old Adrian Jerry Gonzalez. Gonzelez has been charged with murder, kidnapping, sexual assault and related offenses. The DA has elected to charge the teenager as an adult. He will be arraigned Thursday morning in Santa Cruz County Superior Court. (S.G.)
