(15:56) KING CITY – King City Police Chief Ron Forgue gave his State of the Police Department address last night. The chief presented a 120-day blueprint for change, which includes addressing gang violence, preventing the formation of gangs, and increasing overall trust in the police department. Next, Forgue plans to designate officers to tackle King City’s open unsolved homicide cases.
