(12:44) SCOTTS VALLEY – A ribbon cutting ceremony and open house will be held to honor the newly expanded Baymonte Early Childhood Learning Center tomorrow. The center will now include an infant and toddler program along with its preschool facility. Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce will host the ribbon cutting at the center on Bethany Drive at 12 p.m.
