(13:00) MONTEREY COUNTY – Caltrans has announced some traffic delays for Monterey County this week. A daytime paving project along Highway 1 at the Salmon Creek ranger station is expected to cause 10-minute delays for motorists between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesday. Crack seal work along southbound Highway 101 between Soledad Prison and Camphora Gloria Road will cause 10-minute delays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. There will be daytime sweeping along northbound and southbound Highway 101 between Airport Boulevard and San Juan Road from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
