(14:02) MONTEREY COUNTY – Beginning August 1, The City of Monterey’s Parking Division will utilize smart phones to issue parking citations. Parking enforcement will use Samsung smart phone software called “Ticket Pro Magic” for the purpose of giving tickets, taking photos, sending custom alerts, and license plate recognition.
