(07:49) SANTA CRUZ – Three women are accusing the owners of a Santa Cruz bakery of sexual harassment. This week, a suit was filed by a former employee of Emily’s Bakery, owned by former Santa Cruz Mayor Emily Reilly and her husband, Robert Nahas. Savanna Halliwell worked at the business from 2012 until May. In the suit, Halliwell accuses Nahas of touching her inappropriately. Halliwell claims that she was relieved of her duties after she came to Reilly and complained about Nahas’s behavior. Since the lawsuit was filed, two more women have come forward with similar allegations. Nahas and Reilly’s attorney have until mid-August to respond to the complaint. (S.G.)
