(08:25) CAPITOLA – A free concert will be held at the Capitola Branch Library on Saturday. The Redwood Wind Quintet, which is an offshoot of the San Lorenzo Valley Community Band, will be performing. The event is part of the Summer Reading Program, which concludes on Sunday with the Festival of the Book at Harvey West Park. The concert will be held on the lawn at the library from 12 to 1 p.m. (S.G.)
