(20:11) SALINAS- An at risk elderly reported missing Saturday morning has been found. 62 year old Jesus Valles moved to Salinas three weeks ago and suffers from early on set dementia. He went missing at about 10:30 a.m. from the 600 block of Palma Drive, A silver alert was cancelled Sunday morning after Mr. Valles was located and returned home.
