(08:55) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A Corralitos man was arrested in Live Oak Wednesday night on various charges including weapons violations. Deputies were dispatched to 17th Avenue near Capitola Road around 9 p.m. following a report of a suspicious person. A woman had reportedly run inside a donut shop and said that someone was following her. The suspect entered the business and then fled the scene. Arriving deputies found 29-year-old Rex Bertram nearby. He was searched and found in possession of a kitchen knife. He was arrested and booked into county jail. (S.G.)
