(17:41) BIG SUR- The Monterey County Sheriff’s office is investigating a Panga boat that washed up in Big Sur on Thursday. The boat was carrying 35 bales of marijuana when it grounded on the coastline. Panga boats have been used by Mexican cartels to smuggle contraband into California. At this time no arrests have been made.
