(07:31) SCOTTS VALLEY – Scotts Valley police officers will be participating in the torch run for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games. On Thursday, the Flame of Hope will be carried through the city, beginning with a ceremony at 11 a.m. at Canepa Designs. The torch will complete its journey on July 25th when the Torch Run Final Leg Team carries it into the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for the Opening Ceremony. (S.G.)
