(07:00) Salinas – The Monterey County Swat Team arrested 2 convicted felons and gang members after a search warrant was served in Salinas yesterday. A high risk search warrant was served at 4:30 a.m. at an apartment complex on Monroe Street. 37 year-old Veronica Romero and 23 year-old Cesar Gomar were arrested on firearm, drug, gang and property theft related crimes.
