(08:20) The Pacific Grove Police Department reported there has been a rash of car break-ins in the city. Yesterday police responded to four calls for reports of theft from vehicles on Park Street, Balboa Avenue, Shell Avenue, and Todd Lane. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact authorities.
