(20:06) MONTEREY COUNTY – Monterey county supervisors have approved some ballot measures that address rules for the legal cultivation of medical marijuana. They would establish rules and regulations, change zoning laws, and introduce a general tax on commercial cannabis production. If approved by voters in November, the new rules would only apply to the unincorporated areas of Monterey county.
