(19:05) MARINA – A 13 year-old girl has been missing since earlier this month. Elsa Soledad Ramirez, who has been living in a Foster Protection Care Residence in Marina, is known for running away. She has been gone for about 2 weeks now. Although she is known to frequent Seaside, Marina, and Monterey, authorities believe Ramirez may be hiding out in some of the abandoned buildings on the former fort ord. Anyone with information on her whereabouts are encouraged to contact the Marina Police Department or Community Services Specialist Joann Ford.
