A man, who was injured in a fight last week, has died….and his attacker has been arrested. Based on video surveillance footage, 45 year-old Ben Udo Mboso scuffled with 49 year-old Brian Carlton Todd, and todd fell down injuring his head. He was found unconscious that night, and was declared brain-dead today. Mboso was booked into Monterey County Jail. He faces a charge of homicide, and a probation violation.
