(18:30) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Development proposals are being sought for a 8.3 acre parcel in the Live Oak Area of Santa Cruz. The property involved is located at 7th Avenue and Brommer Street. The county says the site should be used for visitor lodging, destination-oriented commercial use, and public open space. The bids for the development of the vacant lot are due by August 12th. The developer will be chosen by October.
