WHILE HEARING PRE-TRIAL MOTIONS IN THE WATSONVILLE APPLE HILL MURDER TRIAL THIS MORNING, SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE ARIADNE SYMONS EXPERIENCED CHEST PAINS AND PARAMEDICS WERE CALLED. JUDGE SYMONS, WHO APPEARED CONSCIOUS AND COMPOSED AT THE TIME, LEFT THE COURTHOUSE ON A GURNEY, AND WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE TO AN AREA HOSPITAL.
