The city of Salinas will honor its former mayor Joe Gunter today… who passed away last month.
Military style flyovers will grace the skies over Salinas and a procession of police and fire vehicles will leave from Salinas high school to main street at around 10-am.
Gunter, a former Salinas police officer died of complications from cancer… he was 73
