SALINAS (07:30) – Police are investigating a reported shooting in Salinas. A 32- year old man says he was approached on the 2000 block of Perez Street around 8:30 pm on Tuesday night. A brief argument ensued after which he was shot by the alleged suspect. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 18 years old and 6 feet tall. The suspect is possibly wearing a gray jacket and a baseball cap and may have fled the area in a dark green SUV. (C.G.)
