(21:40) SOUTH MONTEREY COUNTY – Motorists can expect 1-way reversing traffic control on Highway 1 near the Monterey/San Luis Obispo county line. That’s so that daytime roadwork can be done on the elephant trunk project. The work, which is expected to take about a year, will now be done between the hours of 7 a-m and 5 p-m, (as weather permits).
