(15:17) Greater Monterey Bay – A flash flood watch is in effect through tomorrow morning. It covers the Big Sur coast and the Lucia (loo-see-ah) mountain range….and to a lesser degree the rest of the Monterey Bay area. Heavy rain is expected tonight and tomorrow, with moderate rain on Wednesday. The heaviest rain is expected to be about 4 a-m tomorrow morning.
