(06:55) Santa Cruz – There are reports of smoke coming from the Santa Cruz Harbor. Witnesses said that the dense smoke is coming from the western side of the upper harbor and traveling towards Twin Lakes Beach. Fire crews are on the scene and currently trying to determine how to get to the area. We will keep the public updated as more information becomes available.
