(10:11) Santa Cruz – Santa Cruz police are asking for the publics help in identifying a man caught on surveillance videos trying to steel items. This is third time in less than a week that the man has been caught on surveillance. He has been seen prowling around through the Westside neighborhoods looking into vehicles and backyards for items to take. SCPD Westside Patrol & Neighbors are working together to ID the suspect.
