(10:30) Salinas – A man has been arrested for the armed robbery that took place at a Subway Restaurant in Salinas earlier this month. 30 year-old James Insular was identified by a citizen who saw the surveillance footage that was released to the public last week. Insular was charged with armed robbery and being a convicted felon in possession of ammunition.
