(16:21) SALINAS- The first recorded birth in Monterey County took place shortly before 1 a.m. Mason Yang Larry Deadman III was born at home at 12:52 a.m. Baby Mason was delivered by his mother, Patricia Guajardo and Father Larry Deadman. He was born at home before his parents could make it to a hospital. He is now at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.
