(07:18) SANTA CRUZ – The Santa Cruz Neighbors group is holding a community meeting this weekend. The 3rd Annual Gathering will offer residents the opportunity to speak with city leaders in an informal setting. Attendees will also learn about how to host a neighborhood block party. Participants are encouraged to bring a neighbor and food to share. The meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the Santa Cruz Police Department Community Room. (S.G.)
