(19:03) MONTEREY- Monterey City Council officials are working on a solution for safe overnight parking of the homeless population. At Wednesday’s meeting the council which voted against a proposal at an area church last week, voted unanimously to craft an emergency ordinance that would provide safe overnight parking, on city property. The council will review the ordinance on February 2nd.
