(17:43) Monterey – The Monterey police department is encouraging parents to inform the children about the dangers of talking to strangers. Last Sunday, a 13 year old girl ran into a business after reportedly engaging in an inappropriate conversation with Minh Lee a 42 year old man in the 7-Eleven parking on North Fremont. Yesterday (Tuesday) Minh lee was arrested by police and charged with unlawful communication with a minor. Police are encouraging parents to speak to their kids about the dangerous of these types of situations. (C.G.)
