(10:02) CAPITOLA- Capitola police arrested a man on vandalism charges Saturday. Authorities say that around 9:30 p.m. patrol units were dispatched to the 4300 block of Capitola Road to investigate a report of vandalism in progress. On scene officers witness an individual tagging the side of a business with spray paint. 23 year old Ryan Farley was taken into custody and booked into county jail for vandalism, possession of a switchblade, and an outstanding arrest warrant.
