(11:33) SANTA CRUZ- The Live Oak mother and son charged with murdering a Capitola property manager were found guilty on Friday. Diana and Daniel were on trial for the November 2013 fatal shooting of Gordon Smith, who was in the process of evicting them from their Live Oak residence. A jury found the Cohens guilty of first degree murder, with the special allegation of lying in wait. They are expected to be sentenced to life without the possibility of parole when they are due back in court on April 21.
