(18:34) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz police arrested a man after he tried to steal a car earlier this week. On Tuesday officers responded to a call after a woman heard her car alarm go off. Police apprehended 20 year old Jared Norris. Norris was found in possession of a stolen key to the vehicle. He has been charged with car theft, reckless driving, and resisting arrest.
