(18:27) SALINAS- A Salinas was arrested earlier this week for possession of child pornography. On Tuesday, authorities discovered images of child pornography on 65 year Gary Klugman’s computers after a month long investigation initiated by a tip from a concerned citizen. At this time none of Dr. Klugman’s patients appear to be linked to the case. Klugman has been booked into county jail in lieu of one million dollars bail.
