(08:13) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The United Way of Santa Cruz County has been awarded a $200,000 grant to support its new Smart Path to Housing and Health Program. The program will aim to assess the county’s homeless population with the use of modern technology. The grant funds have been provided by Dignity Health Dominican Hospital’s corporate office. The award will also benefit the Homeless Services Center, Rotacare Bay Area Inc and Encompass Community Services. (S.G.)
