(21:03) SEASIDE – A man was been arrested in Seaside on charges he sexually assaulted a woman. 45 year-old Theolonious Cardell Williams is accused of forcing a woman (at gunpoint) to walk 2 blocks, and then assaulting her on the 400 block of Hamilton Avenue. Williams was booked into Monterey County Jail.
