(06:57) WATSONVILLE – A known gang member was arrested in Watsonville on Saturday. Deputies were patrolling in the area of Freedom Boulevard and Airport Boulevard when they spotted 24-year-old Daniel Paredes Sanchez with a juvenile gang member in the parking lot of a shopping center. Sanchez was on probation with terms to not associate with other gang members. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail for violating his probation. (S.G.)
