(17:12) NATIONWIDE RECALL – A Salinas-based company has issued a precautionary recall, due to their product’s exposure to a known allergen. Fresh Express has recalled 350 cases of their 12 ounce packages of baby spinach, because they may have been exposed to almonds. The bags of spinach are believed to have been mostly distributed in the eastern and southeastern states. The product code involved is: g 010 a 17a…with a “use by” date of January 24.
