(08:06) CALIFORNIA – The U.S. Department of Agriculture is offering emergency loans for farms and ranches impacted by California’s drought. Farms with losses dating back to January 2nd of last year are eligible for up to $500,000 in financial assistance. All applications must be submitted by August 23.
