(06:55) Santa Cruz – A woman has been arrested for steeling money from renters. Ann Howard created posts on craigslist claiming to have a house for rent. Howard required an up front security deposit and would then disappear with the money. The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office arrested Howard yesterday on numerous counts of grand theft.
