Jail time for a man accused of running an illegal cannabis cultivation operation. 38-year-old David Robert Clarke has been sentenced to 150 days in jail and three years of probation.
Monterey Sheriff’s officials said that about 80 cannabis plants were seized during the arrest. Also taken were items used for making concentrated cannabis. At the site, deputies found vape cartridges containing what appeared to be concentrated cannabis.
