A man, who escaped from the Rountree Medium Facility in Watsonville recently, has been re-arrested. Salinas resident Christopher Dicochea, who was initially arrested in February of 2020 on firearm-related charges, D.U.I., and hit-and-run charges…..now faces additional charges related to this “escape”. He is not expected to be returned to Rountree (or any other medium security jail).
