Jack O’ Neill Day Proclaimed 06/27/17B 19:23 S.S.

July  9^th  has  been  declared  to  be  Jack  O’Neill  Day.     The  surf  legend,  and  creator  of  the  O’Neill  Wetsuit  and  the  O’Neill  Sea  Odyssey,  passed  away  earlier  this  month,   at  the  age  of  94.   O’Neill will  be  honored  that  day  with  a “paddle-out”  from  Pleasure  Point.     The  city  of  Santa  Cruz  will  lower  flags  to  half  mast  from  July  7^th  through  9^th  in  Jack  O’Neill’s  memory.
