With fewer special needs students enrolled at Ohlone Elementary School in Watsonville, the Pajaro Valley Unified School District has dropped both the Life Skills Program and a Resource Specialist position from the school…..and now educators and community members are concerned that these changes may mean a lack of appropriate assessments, and schooling, for special needs students in the southern zone of the district.
