A news conference was held early this afternoon about the baby girl’s body that was found at the Marina waste facility last week. Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies have been trying to learn her identity, but so far none of the tips they have received have panned-out. As such, the Department is encouraging anyone with any information on the infant (or her family) is encouraged to contact the Monterey County Sheriff’s Department. The baby is believed to have belonged to someone who lived in Monterey, Santa Cruz, or San Benito counties.
