After a two-year delay, the man accused of killing Morgan Hill’s Sierra LaMar is being indicted. A Santa Clara County Superior Court grand jury indicted 22-year old Antolin Garcia Torres yesterday. Garcia-Torres, who was also indicted for a series of violent attacks on South Bay women in 2009, was arrested in May of 2012 on suspicion of kidnapping and murdering 15-year old LaMar. The indictment means he will now go directly to trial instead of face a preliminary hearing. Garcia-Torres is expected to be arraigned tomorrow afternoon. LaMar, who’s body has never been found, was last seen at her home on March 16th 2012
