Dr. Wallach starts the show discussing the importance of being prepared for natural disasters. Contending people should stockpile water, food and Youngevity nutritional supplements. Stating that Youngevity now has a new division "Go Foods" of freeze dried foods with a 25 year shelf life.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a study of breast cancer patients. This small study of 123 women ages 40 and younger with breast cancer in one breast found many elected to have the healthy breast remove as well. Of those surveyed 98% stated they did so for fear of cancer recurrence.
